This special small day lily is such a beautiful color contrast.  Nature understood that the yellow and red-violet(maroon) was an outstanding combination and somewhere some plant breeder worked to perfect this great combination.  It is a beautiful floral piece and I am very attached to this one which hangs near my regular chair in the family room.
